Where is my tracking information?

Tracking information can be found in your shipping confirmation email or on the order tracking page on our website.

How do your clothes fit?

Each of our products features a size chart on their pages. To be absolutely certain, please do refer to our individual size charts and fit descriptions in the product description itself before purchasing!  

Below is the general size chart that we follow, though slimmer-fitting and looser-fitting styles may measure differently due to design differences.

Our clothes run true to size, so please make sure to check our Size Guide to be safe!

Do you offer collaborations?

We do offer an affiliate program that allows you to represent Lychee the Label and earn money from your recommendations. Affiliates are given a discount code, in which they can share with their followers. Every month a pay out is sent out based on their numbers. However, at this time we do not have the program active and will be keeping everyone updated when it is live once again.

We do work with influencers on specific campaigns. If you are interested on collaborating with Lychee the Label, please send a message with your media kit & proposal over to hello@lycheethelabel.com with the subject title as your username and Collaboration Proposal.

How will I know if I've been selected for a collaboration?

We will email or DM you privately on Instagram. Check your requests!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Please check Shipping Policy for more information. Items are shipped with DHL, UPS, or USPS. Our processing time ranges from 2-3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat fee of $6.99 or free if your order is over $75 for shipping within the US! International orders are subjected to rates based on weight. For an estimate on this rate, proceed to checkout with your desired items in cart and our system will calculate this for you.

Will you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship to US, Canada, Australia and the UK. As we grow, we hope to make available more countries looking to buy from Lychee the Label!

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

No additional duty charges will be applied to orders within the US. Prices displayed on international orders do not reflect the potential taxes and duties that it may be subjected to. Please be aware that payment for such duties will be made upon delivery and will not be the responsibility of Lychee the Label.

Local and state sales tax will apply to orders made with addresses in New York and California.

What if my order has been returned to sender? 

For packages returned to sender, we require a separate shipping charge to send the package again. We highly recommend using an alternate address for the re-shipment if the return to sender cause was not due to an incorrect address.

What if my order is marked delivered but I have not received it? 

If your tracking shows delivered, but the package cannot be found, we suggest checking the order address for any typos. If the address is correct, please check with neighbors or wait another 2-3 business days as packages can mistakenly be marked as delivered by the courier. In the event that a package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact your local post office or relevant carrier office, depending on which carrier is handling your package.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

First check our Refund Policy to make sure you're within the requirements. Then, please email us at hello@lycheethelabel.com with your order number and request.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed. We will email you as soon as we issue your store credit refund.

What items are final sale?

Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be subjected to any returns or exchange. Additionally, items specified in the product descriptions as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for hygenic reasons.
